The central part of the Adriatic coast, from Marina in the north to Omis in the south, which lies below the nearby mountains, with a row of islands and dozens of kilometers of pebble beaches, its green backdrop complemented by the Rivers Jadro and Cetina, is a tourist region with a long and rich tradition, history and culture. The remarkable amalgamation of natural wonders, enriched by the Antique, old Croatian, Roman and folk architecture which is to be seen on the islands and along the coast, in the towns and urban centers, offers its quests a wide variety of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. It offers sleep-inducing silence as well, but also tumultuous Mediterranean nights with southern spirit.
Located here are two towns listed in UNESCO-s Register of World Cultural Heritage: Trogir and Split, as well as the remains of the ancient town of Salona, long ago the center of the Roman Province of Dalmatia, today the largest archeological site on the east coast of the Adriatic. Tourist towns are: Marina, Seget, Trogir, Solin, Kastel, Stobrec, Podstrana. Among the many destinations (each one reacheable by our charters) we in this section we will talk about: Bol, Hvar, Kastela, Makarska Split.
Bol
Situated in a secluded place, on the southern coast of Brac, Bol is the oldest town of Brac and one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic. Apart from cultural monuments, Bol also features a number of natural beauties. East and west of Bol are numerous shores, beautiful beaches; the most famous - and probably the most beautiful on the Adriatic - is Zlatni Rat. This pebble cape is a unique phenomenon - it stretches into the open sea in the shape of a tongue, with its tip changing the form and moving to one and another side, according to the direction of winds and waves.
A story tell that this is the only beach in the world that runs vertical to the coast. Above Bol is the mountain range of Bolska Kruna (Bol Crown), the Illyrian hill-fort Kostilo and Vidova Gora (778 m), the highest peak of the Adriatic islands. Croatia's most spectacular is the vast, golden shingle sandbar, almost 580 yards long, known as the Golden Horn. It juts out into the water at Bol on the island of Brac, the large island opposite Makarska. The beach has a unique shape, like a white tongue stretched into the sea. It is unique also for the fact that it changes shape and position, depending on the wind. With its beauty and offer of various sports, the beach Zlatni rat attracts tourists from all over the world, who enjoy the sun, the sea and water sports: a perfect destination for e pleasant sailing holiday on monohull, motor yacht or luxury gulet in Croatia.

Hvar
Hvar is the town of a unique cultural and historical heritage but also an important tourist resort with a centuries-old tradition in tourism. Main attractions are pleasant climate, a lot of sunshine, natural be-auties, various accommodation facilities, gastronomic offer, sports and recreational opportunities, etc. Hvar is frequented both in the summer and winter months, and its very special climate favo-ured the development of health tourism. The so-called Hygiene Society was established in Hvar as early as 1868; the major task of the society was to take good care of the visitors from abroad. This marked the beginning of tourist development. The first hotel, Empress Elisabeth, was opened in 1903.
Hvar is famous for its very specific climate with a lot of sunshine, very few rainy days and almost no snow at all. Tourists are much attracted by a visit to the Pakleni Islands, a small archipelago in front of the Hvar port, where one may enjoy the sun and the sea in one of the solitary, wooded coves. Of course best way to enjoy all the beautiness af archipelago is chartering a sail boat or motor boat. Restaurants and taverns in the town of Hvar offer excellent fish specialities, with exquisite local wines. Among interesting souvenirs and products of Hvar one should emphasize a unique kind of lace made of agave fibres, which may be bought in the mo-nastery of Benedictine nuns, as well as the famous Hvar lavender, either in form of dried flowers or oil, which may be used as a medicine, fragrance or moth repellent, and rosemary oil.

Island Vis
Vis Town is situated on the north side of the island of Vis, along the beautiful cove of Saint Juraj. Vis is the only place on the island that is every day connected with Split by a ferry and a catamaran. City of Vis is, as well, a good choice for those who came without a car because everything you need is close. City's gravel beach is just about hundred meters away from the center of town. Near the city, there are also some sandy and gravel beaches (Parja, Rogošic, Mala Svitnja, Vela Svitnja). This is a place where everybody can find something for themselves, for those who are anxious for active vacation but also for families with little children.

Kastela
Seven nice old places, seven citadels (Kastela - in English: Citadels), are an integral part of the tourist area between Split and Trogir. This region has been attracting people since ancient times, from ancient Greek seafarers, Roman patricians, Croatian kings and rulers, industrious fruit and vegetable growers to present-day tourists.Three picturesque places - Kastel Stafilic, Kastel Novi and Kastel Stari, are located along the 6-km long coast of the Kastela Riviera. Makarska

Split
Split is a city and port in Central Dalmatia situated on a peninsula between the eastern part of the Gulf of Kastela and the Split Channel. A hill, Marjan (178 m), rises in the western part of the peninsula. The ridges Kozjak (780 m) and Mosor (1,330 m) protect the city from the north and northeast, and separate it from the hinterland. Split has the Mediterranean climate: hot dry summers (average air temperature in July reaches 26 °C) and mild, humid winters (average annual rainfall is 900 mm). Split is one of the sunniest places in Europe: the average daily insolation during the year is about 7 hours (in July about 12 hours). Vegetation is of the evergreen Mediterranean type, and subtropical flora (palm-trees, agaves, cacti) grows in the city and its surroundings. Marjan is covered with a cultivated forest. Split has a variety of restaurants and wine cellars, offering domestic specialities. There are many beaches and public beaches in the city and its surroundings, the most popular of them being Bacvice, a sand beach almost in the very heart of the town.

Trogir
Trogir is a historical city on the coast of the Kastela bay with a rich cultural-historical inheritance and because of that it is called "Little Venice". It offers various tourist overtures to its visitors. Trogir a is perfect sailing vacation destination. Trogir is also especially interesting to navigation experts who will have ACY MARINA CIOVO at their disposal. The island Ciovo is Trogir's seaside resort where, in the past, gentlemen of Trogir built their summer resorts. Beaches there are gravel, sandy, rocky and, in order to make the approach to them easier, partly concrete. The most popular ones are: The Pantan beach - 500 km long gravel and sandy beach with pine wood on its east side. It is 1,5 km from the centre of Trogir. There is a beach bar '' Mosquito'' on the beach, situated directly next to the sea, serving cold drinks, ice-cream and light food.
The whole area is protected natural wildlife refuge with a beautiful water-mill Pantan on the north side of the beach. The Okrug beach (in Okrug) - the most popular beach on Trogir's Riviera, 5 km from the centre of Trogir. This two km long gravel beach is also called ''Trogir's Copacabana''. Many beach bars and a few restaurants keep this place going during the night. The Kava beach (in Slatine) - it is situated on the end of the east side of Ciovo, 12 km from the centre of Trogir, and it is one of unspoiled natural beauties in Croatia. It is not easy to reach, best way is of course from the sea. The Medena beach (in Seget) - 3 km ling gravel beach, surrounded by pine wood, and with a variety of sport opportunities. It is 4 km from the centre of Trogir. Come and discover Trogir on your sailing boat or Motor yacht or luxury gulet with a group of friends.
