How to reach Fiumicino
Fiumicino can be reached from Rome by the Rome-Fiumicino motorway, the provincial road via Portuense, by the via del Mare, via Ostiense, and the Roma-Civitavecchia A12 motorway.
It is also connected to Rome by the metropolitan train FM1 (leaving Termini Station every 15 minutes), stopping at Ponte Galeria and Fiumicino Airport. Shuttle buses link the two stations with the town of Fiumicino.
Fiumicino can also be reached by bus. The Cotral line busses leave from the following bus stations: Lepanto, Roma Magliana (subway station Line B) Roma Eur Fermi (subway station Line B), and Ostia Lido station.
